Rolo Cookie Bar Recipe

This weekend I used up the last of my bag of Rolos on this tasty recipe. It was pretty experimental, I have never made cookie bars before. I found this recipe and thought I would give it a try!
What you'll need:

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/4 c melted butter
32 Rolos, halved
1/2 c walnuts (optional)
Mix together the cake mix, walnuts (optional), evaporated milk and butter. Spread half of the mixture into a 9x13 inch greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut 36 Rolos in half. Once the 15 minutes is up, place Rolos cut-side down over the crust. Spoon the rest of the batter on top by the teaspoon. Bake for 20 more minutes.
 Nomnom!

  4. So I really don't stand a chance with 2 roll recipes in a row. Rolos were my FAV when I was little, before I could even read, because I always knew the package. Still sooo good!
