Gift Wrapping Ideas

Last night I was wrapping up my gift for the Cold Hands, Warm Hearts gift swap by Much Love, Illy and SandyALaMode, and I realized something. I may be "crafty" but I am sort of awful at wrapping presents. I rip the paper when I'm cutting it. I end up with way too much paper, which results in messy folds. Sure, I try to cover up the crumpled edges with pretty strings and fancy things, but I really wish I was capable of  the beautiful packages I've seen on Pinterest!
Two-toned wrapping in my favorite color combo! In love.
Love this use of  Yarn Pom Poms! And I even have a tutorial for them!
Ok, Martha Stewart is getting a little too advanced for me here. :]
This is something I would do. Kraft paper, yarn and snowflakes (or doileys!)
Just GORGEOUS! Love everything about these! (Original source unknown)
Adorable use of a button to add extra cuteness!

Don't you want to go wrap up some packages all pretty now? I do! Just need to get that Christmas shopping done...I mean, started. xo JA

  1. OH my gosh, that one with the wild flowers is amazing. I don't think I'd be able to open that!

  2. I am also a terrible wrapper and I don't like doing it either! These are some great ideas through!

  3. So pretty! It makes me wish I had so many more people to send out presents to! xo

  4. I'm SO in love with button packaging lately! So awesome!

Loved the wild-flowers gift wraps.. they're beautiful. I cant wait to go out and get a basket of wild flowers, sprays etc. Great ideas:)

  7. OMG I love all of these ideas! Color combo is also one of my faves, so much so they were our wedding colors a couple years ago. I can't even recognize what I love more about those wintery, beautiful, sprigs of stuff, sparkled, & pretty tagged packages. <3 <3 <3 So pretty!

  8. I love the ribbon weave from Martha Stewart. I don't think it would be too hard, just a little time consuming. Plus, you could do a super colorful package if you wanted. Give an Experience Gift across Oz and NZ with FreemanX Gifts
