ReplyDeleteWhen I was eleven I was heartbroken over not getting my acceptance letter to Hogwarts. I couldn't just let go of my childhood dream, so I concocted a plan. I looked everywhere to find a school that came as close as possible to my dream. A school with a lake, an arts program, an academic record to surpass any other, and most of all, it had to be a boarding school. So at the age of twelve I found it. I found the school that I could see myself in, and had seen myself in since second grade when my dad and I read these magical books together. The school I found was a boarding school in Perth, Scotland. It was absolutely astounding. Ever since then I have scraped together money and improved my grades and other qualifications. With this extra money I can go to Strathlahan just in time for my freshman yeah of high school. If I win this money, I can go to my dream school, and even better I can live out the childhood dream I have been chasing.
