DIY Christmas Ornament Tutorials

While browsing Pinterest to find something decorative to do with the extra pine cones I have I noticed all the brilliant handmade ornaments on there! Some people are SO creative. I had to share my favorites!
Paint ornaments to match your favorite color scheme with this tutorial.
How cool are these? I actually really like the use of branches versus a pine tree.
Here's a fun modern paper ornament tutorial.
Love the natural look of these, plus I have a ton of twine for this easy tutorial!
If I was friends with my sewing machine I'd try out this tutorial!

Now, I have to admit that we have store-bought ornaments on our tree right now. I honestly don't think I'm going to get much further with our Christmas decorations, aside from making some sort of pine cone centerpiece. But aren't they all so cute? I mean, I'm inspired. Maybe next year I will find the time to add to our handmade holiday decor! What do you decorate your tree with?

  4. I love the one with the little red bird on the twig! SO cute! But it looks difficult to glue. I may have to give it a try though.

I've done several ornament tutorials on my blog as well. Tis the Season!
